Penny is a Senior Consultant
for LeadFirst Learning Systems, LLC, with over 20 years of experience as an HR executive, communications consultant and executive coach.
Before joining LeadFirst, Penny most recently served as the SVP, Human Resources and Administration for ServiceLink. At ServiceLink, she was responsible for strategic planning and execution, recruitment and retention, policy development, employee relations, HR technology, online and corporate training, diversity initiatives, payroll, regulatory compliance, health and wellness and overall development of a world-class organization from a human capital perspective. Penny also oversaw all property leases and facilities administration including negotiating space, oversight of physical moves, facility maintenance, safety and security and administrative services.
Prior to ServiceLink, Penny spent nine years as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pitt Ohio Express with similar responsibilities. While at Pitt Ohio, she earned the 2009 Excellence in Human Resource Management Award presented by the American Trucking Association. The prestigious award is for success in implementing and supporting far-reaching benefits, compensation, incentive and training programs that promote diversity, employee pride and excellence.
Additionally, Penny is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management with the designation of Senior Certified Professional- Human Resources (SCP-HR) and by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
