Karen Warner is Senior Associate & Executive Coach
with LeadFirst. In this capacity, she works with her clients in the design and development of three core services: one-on-one executive coaching; leadership development curricula, classes, and off-sites; and competency-based organizational development. Her approach is to help clients accelerate performance at the place where the business, the executive and leadership intersect.
Prior to her work with organizational and leadership development, Karen spent 25 years in high technology and corporate marketing, holding management and executive positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software, Computer Associates, American Express and IBM. She began her career as a software technical writer at, among other companies, Raytheon Corporation, where she mastered the art of translating technical engineering documents into award-winning end-user technical publications.
For the past seven years, Karen has provided coaching and consulting services to high-profile, top performers in the legal, educational, high tech, services and entertainment industries, including team management for the release of Paramount Pictures’ War of the Worlds and Mission Impossible 3.
