James Carroll is LeadFirst Learning Systems’ Vice President of Intangible Asset Valuation, and leads the Human Equity Valuation practice as part of LeadFirst’s TalentFORCE Analytics group. His work focuses on bringing a decidedly quantitative approach to human resources and human equity management opportunities and challenges for companies across industries and around the world.
James has worked as a strategic financial executive with a variety of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500, including Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., and Quantas Services. His recent consulting work also includes developing the human equity financial statements for client organizations, analyzing the ROI of workforce investments, evaluating the productivity of individual sites or multi-sites of chain operations; analyzing the pros and cons of alternative geographic areas for organizations considering relocation or expansion in terms of labor availability, labor cost, real estate costs, etc.; and determining the advisability of centralization or decentralization of business operations.
James earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.
