Mr. Lynn is
for LeadFirst Learning Systems, LLC. His career spans more than 30 years and includes a diversity of experience as an executive in the professional services, technology and consulting industries. His experience includes developing and leading strategic initiatives with some of the world’s most recognized brands and most widely respected organizations.
As LeadFirst’s Executive Vice President of Strategic Services, Mr. Lynn is responsible for strategic client engagements including enterprise-wide business strategy, customer value and executive development initiatives with organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Superior Energy Services, eviCore Healthcare, Skyworks Solutions and Black Knight Financial Services. Mr. Lynn also leads implementations of the firm’s Human Equity Value Management process enabling CHRO’s of leading companies to reposition the Human Resources function as the strategic force for value creation.
An accomplished strategist and executive coach, Mr. Lynn has formed long standing relationships with senior executives of FORTUNE 500 firms for whom he currently serves as an executive coach and strategic consultant. Mr. Lynn is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator and has conducted executive sessions and seminars in 14 countries on four continents.
As an acknowledged thought leader in the areas of HR strategy, culture change and customer value creation, Mr. Lynn is the author or co-author of several whitepapers and published articles. These include Technical Leadership, published by SHRM, which established the key requirements and critical success factors for leading highly technical organizations such as Research, Engineering and Information Technology, Breakthrough Team Performance, published by ASTD, and Performance DNA, also published by ASTD. Mr. Lynn has also appeared on CNBC and Monitor Radio and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal on organizational culture and executive leadership issues.
Prior to joining LeadFirst, Mr. Lynn spent 12 years with Blessing/White, Inc., an international Human Capital consulting firm, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. In this role, he and his team were responsible for doubling the firm’s revenue and improving its operating profit by 28%. He then joined MOHR Development, a strategic consultancy specializing in customer engagement and sales process re-engineering, as Managing Partner. He helped grow this firm by 40% in 3 years and engineered its acquisition by Siebel Systems, the $2 Billion pioneer in customer relationship management software (now Oracle), where he served as Senior Partner, heading its largest consulting unit.
Mr. Lynn received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Psychology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. His educational background also includes graduate work in Organizational Behavior and Community Planning at the University of Cincinnati.
