Damion Sanders is an Executive Consultant with LeadFirst and has more than fifteen years of experience providing human resource development and organizational effectiveness solutions in the areas of executive/leadership development, employee and organizational assessments, change management, performance management, talent planning, succession planning, 360 feedback implementation and analysis, customer and employee satisfaction surveys, executive coaching, team facilitation, soft-skills training and diversity. Additionally, he has designed and implemented recruiting and retention strategies.
As a consultant, Damion’s clients have been extremely diverse from small non-profits and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies covering industries including community services, healthcare, retail, supply chain and logistics. Damion is consistently effective in critical turnaround projects, as well as driving multiple, diverse projects simultaneously due to his proven ability to quickly and accurately analyze and assess the people and organization, deliver on-time and on-budget solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.
Prior to consulting, Damion worked as Director of Executive and Leadership Development at UnitedHealth Group, as Vice President of Associate Initiatives and Development at Bank of America, Vice President of Management Development Programs at Bank of America, and as a Management Consultant at Hay Group.
Damion completed his Bachelors at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Psychology and Communications and his Masters at George Washington University in Human Resource Development. He is Master Certified in Leadership Coaching by George Washington University.
