He is particularly strong at developing self-leadership as a means to achieving mission-oriented results interpersonally, organizationally, and financially. Previously, Bill was Vice President of Client Services for a large non-profit organization where he managed the development of a comprehensive suite of consulting services for senior management and the management teams of 40 organizational units both domestically and internationally. In this role, he developed and delivered 10 unique skill-building sessions, over four years, exclusively for a national organization senior leaders.
Bill also collaborated in the development and design of a two-year, 29-day, leadership curriculum in Contextual Leadership. In this capacity, he managed all business development and sales while hiring and developing leadership consultants for a rapidly expanding delivery schedule which grew 150% in the first two years. In addition, he worked closely with the President, Executive Team, and Board of Directors to promote a purposeful cultural climate that emphasized the unique contribution of every team member.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dickinson worked as a Sales & Marketing executive for Procter & Gamble Co, where he increased sales and brand space for all paper products within his assigned geographic markets. Here he successfully increased sales, shelf-space, and market share by 33%.
