Union Vulnerability X-Ray
The Employee Free Choice Act (often referred to by management as The Employee NO Choice Act) passed the House last year and was narrowly defeated in the Senate. With the anticipated shifts in the political climate, it's imperative that every company begin assessing its vulnerability to union organizing in order to protect employees' rights and the fair and professional guidance of management.

Companies that are caught unaware of the card check provisions in this law could find themselves facing a unionized workforce that never had the chance to hear the potential downside of union membership.

Unions are pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into their political machine, backing candidates that support their agenda. Barack Obama was one of these candidates, and throughout his campaign, he vowed to support the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA):

"Change is having a President who... lets unions do what they do best and organize our workers... and who will finally make the Employee Free Choice Act the law of the land."

-Barack Obama

Barack Obama's stated position on EFCA

Any company adopting a "wait and see" strategy with regard to the Employee Free Choice Act is simply burying their head in the sand. The truth is, those little authorization cards don't have an expiration date and unless you pinpoint "hot spots" of union organizing vulnerabilities within your organization, unionization could be right around the corner.

LeadFirst's Union Vulnerability X-Ray is a highly reliable, non-invasive method of pinpointing unionization risk exposure BEFORE union activity and authorization cards appear in the workplace.
