Bethany Sampson

Bethany has served as LeadFirst’s Business Manager for a decade. She has guided the firm’s steady expansion and has protected it during times of economic downturn. Bethany acts as the firm’s Business Manager and Controller. As Controller, Bethany’s responsibilities include accounts receivables and payables management, tracking and analyzing budget expenditures and projections, managing cash flow, and developing all of the firm’s banking relationships.

As Business Manager, Bethany provides direction, vision and management leadership to LeadFirst’s CEO, and oversees all departmental business operations. She is responsible for implementing and managing strategic plans and projects to ensure that departmental business and financial goals are met. In addition, she manages LeadFirst’s legal affairs as well and client contracting.

Bethany is actively involved in her church and has been involved in a variety of community events, March of Dimes, Steering Committee, Team Captain for Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk and is a member of her local PTA.

Bethany attended State University of New York at Oswego and received a Bachelors Degree in 1993. She, her husband, Dave, and children, Simon and Lily, reside in Charlotte.

Jessica Tudor

Jessica relishes the high energy pace and pro-active philosophy of the 'hub' of the company, the Assessments Division. It is gratifying to be part of the transformation of raw data into personal and cultural insights that serve as a catalyst for positive change. The individual personality profiles and leadership snapshots give participants an opportunity to change their future in a positive way.

Jessica brings to LeadFirst her experience in Office Administration in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Development, Construction and Architecture. She earned a degree from University of North Carolina and has an active North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. Jessica lives in Charlotte and enjoys traveling with her husband, Keen.
