Thank you for using the LeadFirst website to complete your leadership assessments on-line. Please read the following important information and then select the survey you are to complete from the choices at right. If you are a coaching client or associate of a coaching client, please see the information under "Executive Coaching Clients"

Program Participants and Associates:
If you are attending an upcoming "Round One" Perspective On Leadership program, you must complete the "Self - Leadership Styles Inventory". If you are an associate of the participant attending the upcoming program, you should only complete the "Associate -Leadership Styles Inventory". To complete an associate survey you must be assigned an "Associate Number" by the participant attending the session.

The Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI) is a 360-degree assessment which measures leadership styles from a spectrum of styles. Please take your time and answer the survey candidly and completely. All individual responses are kept strictly confidential. The assignment of "Associate Numbers" is used exclusively to track missing or lost responses.

If you are attending an upcoming "Round Two" Leading In A Changing Environment program you must complete both the "Self - LSI" and the "Self - Management Responsibility Survey". If you are an Employee or Associate of the participant attending the Round Two program, you will either complete the "Associate - LSI" and/or the "Employee - Management Responsibility Survey". In order to complete an associate or employee survey you must be assigned an "Associate Number" by the participant attending the session.

The Management Responsibility Survey (MRS) is an assessment that measures specific management and leadership actions within an operating environment. Please take your time and answer the survey candidly and completely. All individual responses are kept strictly confidential. The assignment of "Associate Numbers" is used exclusively to track missing or lost responses.

Executive Coaching Clients:
If you are an executive coaching client, you must complete the "Self-Leadership Styles Inventory". If you are an associate of the coaching client, you should only complete the "Associate-Leadership Styles Inventory". To complete an associate survey you must be assigned an "Associate Number" by the coaching client.

A valid password is required to access on-line surveys. Please contact your program coordinator or the LeadFirst Assessment Department for the appropriate password for your upcoming program dates.
