A 3-4 month follow up to Round I Perspective On Leadership
Enabled with knowledge, insight and information from Module One, this 2-day module focuses on the manager's ability to adapt, be creative, generate new ideas, see opportunity and solve problems in a dynamic marketplace. Emphasis is placed on the "S" (Situation) in the leadership equation. Development activities enable participants to "size up" the competence of their teams by situation and tailor their leadership approach accordingly, particularly in a pressurized or crisis environment. Information and knowledge also enables the participant with the skills to apply this new perspective in order to make a difference in the workplace.
