Needs-Based Leadership brings focus to the "N" (Needs) in the leadership equation. This 2-day module helps individuals to strengthen thinking and behavioral styles that promote their effectiveness and moderate styles that prevent them from realizing their potential. The module, which draws heavily upon Maslovian psychological theory and practice, provides invaluable and otherwise unavailable information that can motivate, guide and track the progress of self-development initiatives. The module further promotes leadership introspection and self-understanding, improves team leadership capability, fosters practical stress reduction, and further builds leadership confidence and effectiveness.
