A Consulting Intervention Leading to Self-Sufficiency
This two-day consulting intervention is designed to introduce participants to
vital complements to their problem-solving and change implementation skills. Many
change management dilemmas are not problems to be solved, but rather, contending
opposites to be managed. This intervention will identify and prioritize
high-impact, highly actionable cultural improvement initiatives and develop a
precision plan and budget for their implementation. The Round Four process is
LeadFirst consultant directed and builds client self-sufficiency for future,
independent, implementation initiatives.
Round Four includes an
Organizational Culture MRI
measurement and an optional
Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI)
measurement.
Session deliverables include two-to-three Precision Plans for high-impact change
implementation, including stakeholder identification, scope, timing,
accountabilities, and budget estimate.
