The MRS identifies barriers to effectiveness and provides participants with the
blueprint of specific actions required to achieve maximum leadership
effectiveness. The summary report provides managers/leaders with feedback
regarding their specific day-to-day actions and behaviors that impact employees'
perception of their leadership style and the resulting organizational culture
that is created.
MRS measures leadership behaviors and actions in six key leadership areas:
- Purpose: What business are we in?
- Relationships: How well do we work together?
- Rewards: Are there any incentives (tangible or intangible) for doing the job correctly?
- Resources: Are there adequate mechanisms to hold the organization together?
- Leadership: Is someone ensuring that the team stays focused?
- Change: How do we lead the change process?
