The purpose of the LeadFirst CEO Round Table is to help members improve the
effectiveness, growth rate and profitability of their businesses by acquiring
the skills of active leadership. The Round Table consists of 6 -12,
top-of-the-house executives who meet monthly as a peers to refine their
leadership skills, set goals, and share best practices, all with the aim of
creating breakthrough performance for the organizations they lead.

Guidelines:
- Roundtable participants will be CEOs, owners, managing partners or people in charge of a local operation of an organization with more than 10 employees.
- Members must attend meetings regularly, maintain complete confidentially, and remain in a non-compete status.
- Round Table meetings will be held monthly, excepting August and December, for a total of ten meetings. Meetings will be held in a comfortable, country club environment, or, occasionally, at a member's location. Meetings will be held on Friday mornings from 8:30 to 12:30, and include lunch.
- Annual Round Table membership is $3,500 and supports the cost of program management, a LeadFirst Executive Coach, all materials, assessments, facilities, refreshments and meals.
