  • A two hour dial-in leader development session with a LeadFirst executive consultant during which your LSI will be interpreted for you and a precision improvement plan developed with you.
  • Up to three follow-up leadership coaching sessions to ensure your leader development precision plan is working for you.
  • Six-month LSI re-measure, which will reveal the progress you have made vs. your baseline measure at the commencement of the program.
